Ten Sol Software Pvt. Ltd. is a technology services company based in New Delhi, India, providing website design and development, digital marketing, CRM, WhatsApp and calling solutions, business automation, mobile apps and custom software.

• You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.
• You agree that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.
• You may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content, design, graphics or code of this site without our written permission.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It is a request for a consultation or growth plan. Any scope, timeline and price becomes binding only when confirmed in a written proposal, quotation or work order accepted by both parties.

We do not promise specific business results such as a fixed number of leads, sales, rankings or revenue. Outcomes depend on your market, offer, budget, competition and the actions you take. Any examples discussed are illustrative, not a guarantee.

• Provide accurate content, brand assets, access credentials and approvals on time.
• Ensure you own or are licensed to use any content, logo, image or data you give us for the project.
• Comply with the rules of any third-party platform used in your project.

Fees, milestones and payment schedules are set out in the accepted proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, work begins after the agreed advance is received. Applicable taxes are charged extra. Delayed payment may pause work or delivery.

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, advertising platforms, messaging APIs and payment gateways. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes or account decisions.

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become yours. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates and know-how, and may reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption.

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain liable for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
